Beatriz (Tiza) M. Pyle, Ph.D., brings to her consulting and coaching engagements excellent coaching skills, extensive experience in leadership and team development, and the ability to engage clients in results-oriented approaches. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Your Path to Success, LLC and CEO Emeritus of Pyle Consulting Group, Inc.

Having left full-time work in corporate America, she now focuses her coaching practice on supporting individuals in their transition into a productive and creative life in their later years. Tiza’s goal is to work with people who want to empower their self-awareness for increased effectiveness and productive lives in their “freedom years.” She believes in the power of experience and wisdom that can be shared in many inspired ways at any time in life.

During her career, Tiza has worked in various industries, including banking, higher education, and engineering/high technology. Her corporate roles included executive positions in Human Resources, with a focus on leadership and organization development, team effectiveness, and change management. In 2001, she formed her consulting firm, now owned by her son. In 2023 she formed Your Path to Success, LLC to focus her coaching work in this exciting new arena: people moving into their later years, in retirement, or planning to retire.

Tiza is a native of Brazil and facilitates programs in English and Portuguese. She received a BS degree in Education at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, Brazil, a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a Ph.D. in Education Leadership from Loyola University of Chicago.  Her doctoral work focused on Leadership and Team Development.

Tiza is also the author of books on change and personal transformation. Her most recent book, Possibilities: Re-framing Life in Your Later Years with the B.A.S. E. Model for Change® is now available on Amazon. Other books are Your Journey of Transformation: A Workbook for a New You, and Embracing Life’s Challenges: A Story of Change, both published in 2020, and   Fat Hurts: Your Guide to Personal Transformation after WLS, published in 2016.
